Explore SpinGrannyPayID is an addressing service on Australia’s New Payments Platform. Instead of entering a BSB and account number, a payer sends a bank transfer to an identifier such as an email address, mobile number or ABN. The banking app displays the registered payee name before confirmation.
PayID is not a separate wallet and it does not hold funds. A casino or its payment processor supplies the identifier and the transfer moves from the player’s bank account through the NPP. Deposits are commonly credited within seconds or minutes.
The payee name is a key fraud check. Compare it with the name shown in the authenticated cashier and stop if it is unexpected. Casino processors can use a company name that differs from the brand, but the cashier should explain that relationship.
Never send money to a PayID delivered only through social media, messaging apps or an unsolicited email. Generate fresh instructions inside the logged-in cashier and keep the payment reference.
Incorrect references can delay automated matching even when the bank transfer has completed.
Competitor tests report near-instant deposits, but minimums and caps vary widely. Examples range from $20 or $50 minimums to transaction caps between $500 and $1,500. The bank may also impose a first-payment delay or daily transfer limit for a new PayID recipient.
An instant bank status does not always mean instant casino credit. If funds are missing, record the receipt and contact the cashier rather than sending a duplicate payment.
Some cashiers support PayID both ways; others accept deposits but require bank transfer, card, e-wallet or crypto for payouts. Where PayID withdrawal exists, the casino still completes KYC and internal approval before instructing the payment.
Published testing ranges from around 50 minutes to several hours for supported PayID cash-outs. These are observations, not guaranteed service levels. Confirm the withdrawal minimum and account-name requirement first.
PayID commonly qualifies as a bank deposit, but each promotion can exclude local transfers or require a higher amount than the cashier minimum. Confirm the qualifying method before accepting a welcome package.
Keep the deposit receipt and promotion confirmation together. Wagering, eligible games, maximum stake and expiry apply independently of PayID speed.
The banking app keeps authentication with the bank and shows the registered recipient, reducing typing compared with BSB details. It cannot verify casino terms, overseas licensing or payout conduct. Payment confirmation should therefore follow, not replace, the site checks.
Bank transfer limits and transaction notifications can support a fixed budget. A transfer is often difficult to reverse once authorised, so treat the confirmation screen as the final opportunity to catch an incorrect recipient or amount.
We do not treat a payment logo as proof that a cashier is useful. Our checks start with account-level availability, then separate the ordinary deposit minimum from the amount required for a promotion. We compare transaction limits, casino-side fees, provider fees, account currency and the route available for a withdrawal.
Speed is measured in two stages: the casino's pending and approval period, then settlement through the payment provider. A fast network cannot compensate for a three-day internal queue. We also check whether the same method must be used in both directions and whether weekends affect processing.
Start with an amount that remains within a fixed entertainment budget. A low minimum controls one transaction only; repeated small transfers can exceed the original plan as easily as one large payment.
First check whether the payment is pending, completed or reversed at the bank or wallet. Compare its reference, time and amount with the casino history. Do not send a duplicate deposit while the first payment is unresolved.
Contact support with the reference and a receipt that hides unrelated financial information. For a withdrawal, include the request time, selected method and KYC status. Keep the conversation in writing and request a case number. Never pay an unexpected “release fee” sent through email or chat; legitimate charges should appear in the published cashier terms.
They are usually near-instant, although bank security holds and reference matching can cause delays.
A casino processor may provide an email, mobile number or ABN linked to a bank account.
Only if the casino payout cashier supports it; some sites use PayID for deposits only.
The identifier may belong to a payment processor, but the authenticated cashier should disclose the expected name.
